Academic Support Teacher: Upper Elementary & Middle School (full-time)
CCPS is a vibrant 2K – 8th Grade school located in the Old Village area of Mount Pleasant, SC. We are currently hiring dynamic, qualified candidates to fill new or open positions for the 2024-2025 School Year. As a ministry of First Baptist Church MP, our school is committed to offering students a biblical worldview perspective in small class settings that nurture and encourage confidence, critical thinking, creativity, and academic excellence.
The ideal candidate for this full-time (7:30am – 3:00pm during academic year) position has the following:
- Commitment to teach students from a Christian worldview and support the CCPS mission, vision, and core values.
- Teaching experience in Elementary School or Middle School.
- Required minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Secondary Education, or related field). State licensure is preferred, but not required.
- Desire to collaborate with others and work on a team.
- Excellent planning, teamwork, student management, and communication skills.
- Excellent technology skills.
- Recommendations upon request.
